Arc - Process Editor - Can't re-open process on server timeout

Describe the bug
Roy Burton:
When I click on a process to edit, and I have timed out on the server, it won't open. I enter my details, but the process doesn't show. Same for subsets, and I assume other objects. The object is in the address bar. If select another object it's fine and I go back to the object it's fine. It's as if it doesn't load due to already being in the address bar.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Expand Processes in Server tree
- Wait for server connection to timeout
- Open any process
- Note process won't open, but URL will change
- Click Refresh Instances button
- Try to re-open process -- note it will not open
Expected behavior
In step 4, the URL should not change unless the process successfully opens. In step 6, the process should open successfully.
Logs and Errors
No errors show in the console.
