When invoking find or find/replace dialog the search text box is not made active

Describe the bug I'm not 100% sure if this is a regression bug as I don't have an older Arc version to test on. But it certainly isn't "expected behaviour". When invoking the Find / Find/Replace dialog in Arc with Ctrl+F or Ctrl+H the first "search" text box is not made active. This is the standard behaviour in every text editor and code editor. It is the natural instinct of every developer after hitting Ctrl+F to immediately without pause continue typing the search term without pausing to first move the mouse to the search box and click it to place the cursor there. Personally I am finding every time I use find or find/replace I need to go back and locate and remove in the code wherever the search term I just typed has been erroneously inserted.
To Reproduce
- Go to code editor (either rules or TI). Make sure cursor is active somewhere in the code (otherwise on Ctrl+F the browser find dialog will be activated and not the Arc dialog)
- Use keyboard shortcut Ctrl+F to display
- Type search term
- Search term is entered at cursor position in code tab and not in the search box
Expected behavior When the find / find/replace dialog is "launched" (that is goes from visible state false to visible state true) then the search box should become active with the cursor focus. This is the usual behaviour for find/replace in other text and code editor regardless whether the dialog is modal or modeless. Of course if the user then subsequently clicks in the code tab to put the cursor focus there then that's their decision. But it would be helpful if whenever the dialog is displayed the search box gets focus.
