Timeout when performing saves
Describe the bug
In cases of poor network connection (e.g. 3G/4G signal drops, Server connection requires VPN & VPN drops) then the window where the save was attempted from will hang as Arc never gets a response back from the instance.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Connect to an instance over wifi network
- Open a process. Make some arbitrary change
- Disconnect the wifi
- Click save on the process
- Process editor hangs indefinitely
Expected behavior
There should be a timeout for process save (e.g.10 sec, at most 60 sec). If no response is received from the instance then Arc should abort the action and return to normal edit mode so the user can attempt the save later. Another possibility is that prior to performing the save Arc should send a very small request and only proceed if a response is received.
