Add enhancements to the way Pulse connects to TM1 instances.
Hello Team,
I am using CP 6.0.2 and it is connected to IBM PA on IBM Cloud.
I have been receiving "random" Pulse Credentials Invalid emails from CP.
This is not the first time I have received it, I've probably seen this issue on 5 occasions since upgrading to CP 6.0.2.
In CP6 in the top right, I see a "first aid kit" which takes me to the About>Status page. On the status page, one of the two monitors will be down. It usually resolves itself within a matter of minutes with no action required, i.e. the credentials are not invalid.
I'm wondering if the upgrade to CP 6.0.2 is a red herring. Could it be something on IBM Cloud's side with temporary packet loss that may trigger this issue?
Have other customers on IBM Cloud experienced this issue?
Leaving case as "open" for benefit of other customers.
