Arc - Cube Viewer - view with Expand Above displays incorrectly

Describe the bug

Wrong view display and behavior when view have a dimension in rows with the expand above feature. Indentation missing, expanding collapse consolidation doesn't work...

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a cubeview,
2. Set the row dimension to display total bellow/expand above.
3. Refresh the view
4. See error

Expected behavior

Correct indentation, ability to expand/collapse
