Display "default hierarchy" first in the hierarchies list under the dimension (and in the dropdown list in the dimension editor)
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Apparently the default hierarchy property has only one use case being when a dimension is omitted from a MDX query so the server knows in which hierarchy to use for the default member. However, it would make sense to make use of this property in Arc and position the default hierarchy first in the hierarchies list under the dimension (and also in the dropdown in the editor). Currently hierarchies are ordered alphabetically. As the default "default hierarchy" is the same named hierarchy and this is more often than not, not going to be the 1st alphabetically.
Describe the solution you'd like
Whatever the default hierarchy is set for a dimension it should be displayed at the top of the list. If the property is empty then the same named hierarchy should be displayed first.
