Timeout Issue
Describe the bug
We are having a serious problem with a customer here in China, it is one of our strategic customer, we’ve been struggling to get the login working after upgraded to PASS, and therefore needed your assistance desperately, so appreciate if you can spare some time to have a remote session with us and take a look.
We were pretty much forced to upgrade to PASS because we were having a critical issue that only PASS can resolve, we have tested PASS on our own environment with UX and it is working fine.
Already contacted UX team, but I think also worth create a ticket on Canvas side to try speed up, we are really in a situation that require support urgently.
Below are the environment at customer’s site:
- TM1 + UX 2020.08 - Linux
- TM1web PASS: v2.0.56 - linux, installed in a separate server
- UX server can ping PASS server via 9510
- instance.json, checked,
- No SSO/Integared login, TM1 native security
- tm1web_config.xml, checked. CrossDomainAccessList = "*" LegacyUrlApiSessionDiscoveryEnabled = "false"
Below are the behaviour: a) access PASS URL separately: OKAY login b) access UX with embeded PASS websheet/cube view: no errors, but keep poping-up time-out error
Below are our own environment which is using Windows:
- UX 2020.08
- PASS v2.0.57 All same settings, working normally
