System Down Alert Mail - "Time Machine"
When I get an alert from Pulse that the system is down, the TM1 top info in the alert email is blank. I understand that if the system is down you can't query it to see what is running. In the web interface we have the ability to rewind 10 minutes, would we be able to have the alert rewind to the last activity on the server. Usually when we open a ticket with IBM they ask for TM1 top logs and this would be a great tool to provide them.
