Migration - Show full history of all executions.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We use PULSE Migrations for both DEV=>DEV, DEV=>UAT and DEV=>PRD/UAT=>PRD. For SOX Compliance, a source & Target Instance would be great as the auditors are hammering us on Deployments not related to PRD.
This will assist us and Auditors to immediately identify any migrations going to PRD. (On a high level) We understand going into the Package gives that detail, but by then the Auditors are already on our case. (We try and mitigate with Archive Function)
Describe the solution you'd like
On the 'Migration Package' dashboard, one of the below will suffice:
- 1: Next to the current column called 'Instance' (Which is Source Instance) add another column that states Target and populate the Target Instance Name. i.e. Instance might state CXMD DEV02 and then Target will state CXMD (Which is PRD)
- 2: In the Executed Column, rather than a simple 'tick' icon, rather state the Target Instance name... i.e. If Blank, that indicates the Package has not yet been deployed, if there's an instance name it indicates that its been deployed to that instance.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We have been utilising the 'Archive' function, but its not ideal as the Auditors demand a non-filtered view.
