Pulse Hanging after any activity

3. Describe the bug
Since the weekend every time we restart the Pulse Service you can login, then as soon as you do anything it hangs and nobody else can log in. No patches have been applied to the server since March

I don't think this is a bug, but didn't know how else to raise the support issue. Presumably something environmental.
