unable to connect to server

hi support team,

we are trying to Connecting Pulse to TM1 instances hosted on the IBM Cloud SaaS.

we have four data hosts in IBM Cloud, connecting to 3 of them works. only for one of the data host in IBM Cloud, we keeps getting "Credential required for workspace" error.

our credential, Oauth Key. etc are the same across all data HOSTS. how come it just does not work on one data host?
