Visual Coding with Blocky
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There are a lot of TM1 dev / admins who don't have a programming / IT background. The first time they write TI processes and rules, they may have little understanding of IF statements, WHILE loops or other programming concepts. Although Arc is a much better development environment than the built in rule editor and TI editor, there is still a programming learning curve for many users.
Describe the solution you'd like
Being able to write TI process code / rules visually with Blocky or similar would be a great way to overcome that programming hurdle. It is nowhere as limiting as the TI wizard and generates real code.
See https://developers.google.com/blockly
What I would like to see is the coding tabs of a TI process (Prolog, Medatdata, Data and Epilog) and the rule editor to have an option to be visualised and maintained using Blocky (or similar).

Additional context
Having seen a high school kid use code.org, which I believe uses blocky, I think it would greatly help the majority of TM1 developers / admins.
I have always been anti-wizard based on the old TI wizard, but seeing what code can be generated with blocky, I think it could be used for the vast majority of IT processes and rules.
I think this block approach could have uses in the reporting area as well, but that's outside of this request.
