Arc - Instance Context Menu Not Showing When Connected

- Arc clients: Desktop
- Arc Version: 3.3.0
Describe the bug
After being connected for some time to an instance, when I try to access the context menu (right-click) to quickly open Server Logs, Sessions or Logout, the context menu disappears. Even if I try to logout and login, it doesn't come back. Also it's awkward that when I left click the instance when connected, the icon changes to disconnected state.
I've attached an animation to show the unexpected behaviour.

Expected behavior
When connected, the icon should be always connected, and most importantly, the right-click context menu should be shown.
The only workaround I've found is to close Arc and reopen it.
