Arc - Reconnect when Open Application with Locked Tab

Describe the bug
When I reopen Arc with the setting Layout Restore Mode = All, Arc shows the message Your Arc session timed out, re-run your last action. twice, and does nothing afterwards.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
- Connect to an instance
- Open Server Logs
- Set the setting Layout Restore Mode = All
- Close Arc
- Reopen Arc
- See the error
Expected behaviour
I expected that Arc would check if I'm connected to the instance before trying to retrieve the data. If not, it would try to reconnect.
