Code formatter: option to skip trimming spaces before setting variable value (i.e. allow padding before =)
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The code formatter is (potentially) great but it requires the ability to skip trimming additional spaces before setting a variable (that is additional spaces betwee variable name and the = shoudl not be trimmed). The reason being that additional spaces/indent allows the variables to all be justified. This allows the coder or reviewer to easily scan down and see which values are set.
E.g. in the constants declaration everything is justified and easy to read
After formatting this is not the case.
The same can also apply not just for declarations sections but also in general within nested/indented sections of code the variable assignments can be justified to make reading easier.
Describe the solution you'd like
There should be an option within the code formatting options to skip trimming additional spaces between variable name and value assignment.
