Ability to lock editing of a TI Process
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The problem is when you have a process (or processes) open either for reference, or as a source of code to be copied to another, similar process and modified. It is way too easy to find yourself typing on what is intended to be the source tab (which you do not want to change at all), especially if you have to keep moving between the tabs via the drop-down arrow on the right because the tabs don't all fit across the display. (Which doesn't take much; on a 27" monitor with descriptive process names, I can fit... two. And I'm moving between 4.)
(As an aside, this can also sometimes happen when the Find or Find and Replace box loses focus mid-typing and you suddenly find yourself typing search terms over the top of your code. This is a different conversation and I can't reproduce it consistently, but it's annoying when all you wanted to do was find some code in a process that you didn't want to edit.)
Describe the solution you'd like
One option; have an option to open a process as read only. You can copy from it, but cannot change it. Better option: Have a toggle that locks the tab, and ideally changes its colour to show that it's locked.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Making a copy of the source .pro file so that it can be restored if corrupted.
