Arc - Process Editor - issues when connected to TM1 v12

Describe the bug
- when trying to save for some processes there is a "Session has timed out. Please repeat the last action." error message. Even when in the same Arc session able to open cube viewer, rule editor, other processes, etc. without issue (and make changes). Other processes can be saved as expected. For the affected processes there is a console error doing the CompileProcess POST request.
- debugger mostly works. Can launch debugger, create breakpoints, step through code, inspect variable values. However clicking CANCEL has no effect. The only way to exit the debugger is to remove breakpoints and click CONTINUE to run the process to its end
Expected behavior
Should work as in v11
