Installing Slice 4.6.0 clears the connection settings

Describe the bug
Installing Slice 4.6.0 seems to reset the connection settings. This wasn't the case with the previous versions. Users can connect to TM1 if they put back the original connection settings.
To Reproduce
Download and install the Slice 4.6.0 installer
Expected behavior
The existing settings are respected.
