Arc/Slice - Right-click options inside subset editor from a View is not working on 4.6.0

Describe the bug

When opening a Subset editor from a Cube view, the right-click options is not working after the upgrade to version 4.6.0. In Arc it does now anything, in Slice it show an option to see the about of Slice.. in Previous versions, eg 4.5.2, the list of functions shows to be used.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open a a View in Arc Web or Slice
2. Click on any dimension
3. try to right-click to use the options

Expected behavior

When right-clicking on an element(s) inside the subset editor, open the list of available options as in previous versions.

I can replicate the issue. It only happens when Arc is connected to older versions of TM1 (11.8.01 and below). The issue is caused by element Lock/Unlock context menu option. It's related to the fix in #2900 (closed).

This has now been fixed in #2975
