Slice button greyed out even with valid license on Windows 11

Hi,

 Some colleagues have moved to windows 11. They cannot use "convert TM1 function" button because it is greyed out.

 I am still on Windows 10 and don't have this problem.

  Any idea what it could be. The non license features are available and work. 

  They have no problem accessing [http://sv-arg-cgnos-p2:7070](http://sv-arg-cgnos-p2:7070) through a webbrowser

What is important is what you see in the Slice About pop-up:

In the screenshot we can see that the Computer Domain and Network Domain is not available.

Could you please confirm that the laptop belongs to a user domain?

You can run the following command %userdomain% in a Windows Command Prompt.
