Arc does not display same named hierarchy after dimension Save As
Created by: lotsaram
Describe the bug When the "Dimension Save As" function is used on a dimension containing alternate hierarchies a same named hierarchy is created but is not displayed or accessible in Arc although the same named hierarchy is visible in other tools. The same named hierarchy is empty and and contains no elements (which is likely the reason it doesn't display in Arc). Only after elements are copied to the same named hierarchy via TI process does the hierarchy become accessible in Arc.
To Reproduce
- Edit a dimension which contains hierarchies
- Click on "Dimension Save As" and enter a name for the new dimension
- In the instance object tree the new dimension is created with the same hierarchies visible as the dimension cloned from. The same named hierarchy for the new dimension is not visible
- That the same named hierarchy does exist can be verified by inspecting the (empty) hierarchy in another client such as PAW or Architect or using the HierarchyExists function
Expected behavior Even if a hierarchy is empty, if it exists then it should be selectable and editable in Arc
