Proxy errors on TIs that take longer than 60s.v
Hi Customer is getting a following error whenever any TI runs for for over 60 seconds:
It is throwing this error despite the process running successfully, at the 60 second point. T hese processes can often run for longer than 60 seconds but any legitimate errors/issues are not returned in Arc.
Customer believes this started to occur when they upgraded to v1.4.2: He thinks he was successfully using either v1.4.1 or v1.3.1. (He installed v1.4.1 but he is not sure if during the time he had it I ran a process that would show this issue.)
Rough timeline of his version usage:
V1.3.1 up until 22/03/2019
V1.4.1 up until 16/04/2019
V1.4.2 16/04/2019 to date
Is this is a known issue, or is there something he can change in the settings to stop this from happening?
To me the error message suggests he is not getting a response to the POST with RestTM1 /tm1/api/FinAnalytics_Dev/api/v1/Processes('Dim.Product.Update 00.Master')/tm1.ExecuteWithReturn">POST /tm1/api/FinAnalytics_Dev/api/v1/Processes('Dim.Product.Update 00.Master')/tm1.ExecuteWithReturn)
query from the TM1server, and I would be inclined to setup some debug logging on tm1server but wanted to check with you guys first.
