Dimension editor can't create alternate rollups
Describe the bug
It is possible to copy from an external source (e.g. Excel or text file) and paste into the Arc dimension editor to create elements. There is also the option to "paste as child" however this only works for new elements. If an element already exists in the dimension then the paste as child will fail. This behaviour is wrong as elements can belong to multiple parents. There should be no "element already exists in dimension" error, rather the element should be added to the consolidation.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Copy an element name to the clipboard which already exists in the dimension
- Click on the "+" symbol to add an element to an existing consolidation and paste
- Select "child of element" as the position
- Click "OK". There is an error message, the child is not added
Expected behavior
Arc should support adding elements to multiple parents. It should be possible to add existing elements to consolidations
