TI using a network share ascii source can either preview or run, not both
Describe the bug When creating a TI that reads from an ASCII network source ARC is unable to preview the file when the path starts with "\". However, if I escape the path with an additional "" ARC can preview the file, but it is unable to run the process. When I am able to preview the file I still can not create variables.
To Reproduce Point a new TI to a network share using a UNC path, try to preview the file. Note the error: However you can preview the file in perspectives.
If you change the path to escape the backslash you can preview the file:
If you save the TI and open it in perspectives you get an error:
Since TI can't actually open the file it is unable to generate variables for it.
Expected behavior Based on what I can see ARC uses DrillThrough to preview the file, which requires an escaped path. However when the TI is saved it needs an unescaped path. Would it be possible to change the form object on TI to be path friendly, or maybe even have it open a file browser?
