## Workaround for IBM Planning Analytics Cloud (PA SaaS) Customers using IBM ID
After a recent update of PA SaaS, when using IBM ID, the REST API is returning incorrect status codes which means the applications can’t determine whether something worked or not. We have an open ticket (TS008770154) with IBM. They acknowledge it is an issue and are looking into it.

This release includes a workaround for PA SaaS customers using IBM ID to allow you to view the list of cubes and execute **views**.

> Customers using IBM Planning Analytics on-premises or self-hosted are not impacted by this issue.

> PA SaaS customers using the [non-interactive account to connect to TM1](https://code.cubewise.com/arc-docs/connecting-to-the-ibm-cloud-remotely-with-arc) are not impacted by this issue.

> Only PA SaaS customers [using the IBM ID](https://code.cubewise.com/arc-docs/using-ibm-id-with-arc) are impacted. We recommend using the [non-interactive account](https://code.cubewise.com/arc-docs/connecting-to-the-ibm-cloud-remotely-with-arc) until IBM fixes this issue. If you can only use the IBM ID, this new Arc version is **NOT** a complete fix for all issues, for those we require IBM to rollback changes to the REST API. There are known issues related to the dimension and subset editors as well as checking whether an object exists.

**NOTE**: If you are **NOT** using the IBM PA SaaS with IBM ID there are no changes in this release.
